I have a problem with the way lots of photo blogs are run. Usually you only get to see the good pictures. Most of the photos I post here are odd, make very little sense, or at worst, are bad. Occasionally, I’ll put something up that’s thought provoking, or even good. And that’s the idea – photographers don’t always get it right the first time, or even the fifth time. That’s what I want to show. Why? Because its funny. And somewhat cathartic.
About Me:
I’m a freelance photographer from New York, NY, currently in Seoul, South Korea. Some of the publications and groups I’ve taken photos for include the Washington Square News, The New York Times Style Magazine, Village Voice, NEH Magazine, ELLE Girl, Vice Magazine (online), Community Healthcare Network, and The Villager. I graduated from New York University in 2009 with dual degrees in journalism and history.
Most importantly, I am not French. Not even close. But I’m good at Monopoly. Over $30,000 in Monopoly money by the end of the game good.
